Preventative Maintenance

All cranes and lifting equipment must be serviced no less than every three months as per Australian Standards 2550.3, which states:



• Once you become one of our valued service customers, you will receive a phone call about a week before your cranes are due for a service, at which time we can agree on a day that is convenient for you and us to carry out the service.
• Once on site, our technicians will fully service and inspect your equipment, checking all aspects as detailed on the following slide.
• You will then receive a typed report a few days later, highlighting all work done, and any repairs required or recommendations.
• As a signed service customer you receive a lower hourly rate, discounts on parts, a 24 hour 7 day breakdown service and a service register which allows you to keep a comprehensive history of your equipment.
